Cedrick Harris defines the word magnetic. There is a reason this guy is the number one earner in his company, and the number one recruiter in MLM Lead System Pro. Once you hear him talk, you can understand why success has followed him.
I first met Cedrick at a local MLM training in Tampa. He had gone to the top of this specific company in only 3 weeks. This fact alone made me want to learn more about him. A few weeks later I found him on Facebook, and that’s when I learned how valuable having Cedrick Harris in my life could be.
Cedrick credits his background for the massive success he has now. Directly out of high school, his father introduced him to the entrepreneur spirit, and he hasn’t looked back. He worked for many different companies, and then became extremely successful in the real estate business. He didn’t know all that much about real estate and loans, but his job was to get buyers to sign the dotted line, and he certainly did! He learned from his mentor and grew a team of over 700 loan officers in 27 states. Being the entrepreneur he is, he left the industry in January of 2006 as soon as he realized the market was declining. He then decided to get back to the traditional model of Network Marketing.
The one thing that caught Cedrick’s attention was how much this industry hasn’t changed. In 1993 there was no choice but to work offline with your warm market. However, now the internet was a major player in terms of earning potential, and he wanted to learn more.
While searching online, he came across Mike Dillard’s topic of attraction marketing. From then on things began to change. He spent much of his time and money going to seminars and events absorbing everything he could about attraction marketing. The pay off was tremendous. Cedrick developed a following almost on accident after creating a video on You Tube. You see, he has a personality that appeals to everyone. He has encompassed the magnetic attitude that makes people want to listen to him. His enthusiasm and helpful advice make him very appealing to those who want to learn.
The skills that Cedrick has learned over the years gave him a very unique way of building his business. He has both online and offline marketing skills that are extremely effective. These techniques along with his excellent closing and personal phone skills, put him in a category all on his own. He loves talking to prospects and isn’t one who will hide behind his computer, as many online marketers do. He is a big believer in connecting personally with people as much as humanly possible, and personalizing your message to fit their needs.
